How do I know which of the various “Sulaiman hospitals” I have to choose, when there is no district or area name mentioned in the list?

While I can login to my kids profile , I still cant login to mine

App says to contract the call center but there is no phone number anywhere in the app

The claim they completely updated the app but it’s the same junk that slow and none responsive, they didn’t even change the UI nor the theme or at least the log in instead of forcing me to register new user and I have to crash the app and login again to probably will go to login instead of register new user

The app is good but it keeps asking for login every time I open it. Also it is a bit slow sometimes. Login issue should be solved it is frustrating.

While my experiences at the hospital have been quite good, app is horrific - utterly useless! It seems like it was designed to ensure that you cannot make an appointment unless you know exactly which doctor you want to see rather than helping you find the right doctor based on your issue. For example, there is no way to make an appointment for a drivers license renewal. You have to figure out which doctors provide which tests and book the services individually. So poor.

The app keeps on lagging and some features for. Work at all I keep booking comprehensive medical checks and they don’t seem to go through plus why no customer support on app except for the voice one and even that has a hard time finding its way. Even the customer support on the phone is far below mediocre.

This app used to provide innovative ways to reach any medical need with ease of mind and comprehensive digital services. Now it seems more of a forgotten app by the biggest medical hospital in Saudi. It’s a shame how one of the best apps have fallen to be the worst. I payed twice for services that already covered by my insurance and I couldn’t get at least a bill.

التطبيق صاير ثقيل ولا يشتغل وليش ما اقدر احجز موعدين بنفس القسم مثلا قسم الاطفال حجزت طبيب نفسي اطفال وابي احجز عند طبيب صدرية اطفال ويطلع لي تبي تلغي الموعد الاول !! طيب ليش انا ابي الموعدين كلهم!!!!!!!!!! لازم تطورون فيه

التطبيق جداً بطيئ، احاول احجز موعد لكن كل شوي يعيد الخطوات من جديد وهذي ليست المرة الاولى

I hope dev fix and improve don’t wasting money

The app works fine except for the annoying fact that there is no effort put into making notifications in Arabic and English. Seeing as there is a size-able expat community working an living in the country for the past 70 odd years.

Very slow and unfriendly

The app is extremely slow and hanging even I’m using latest phone model iPhone 15. Needs a lot of improvements.

I had a horrible experience with live care after paying 150SAR. Other than the hour and a half long waiting time it glitched multiple times and crashed. Couldn’t reach the support as well. Finally when I got to the point of receiving the sickleave they demanded I visit the office? Just all together horrible experience. Never again.

The application is superior, but what is more impressive is the doctors that this hospital employ, its facilities and the entire settings. God bless you all, job well done 🙏.

The app is great when it works, but it keeps requesting the verification code sent to my phone, but never sends it. Quite the inconvenience.

Beautiful and easy to use very accurate application

The app is not user friendly, and has numerous glitches. It’s a pity such a great clinic has such a bad app interface

It is not working well & it is too heavy

Amazing App

I did CT SCAN ON 24/5/2023 and not able to see the report and preview the images Kindly do the necessary to resolve this issue File number 1278251

The only thing this app has going for it is that it is consistant with tech service for the region, extremely low. You will spend an hour just trying to get what you need and half the time there document/appointment or function you need doesn’t work. Waste of time

The application is not user friendly but can be used My profile has wrong information, i could not correct it like my birthday

I cannot even log in on my phone as ir refuses to send a verification code, and after using a family members’ family section on their app to book for MYSELF the appointments don’t actually schedule. Causes incredible headache.

التطبيق صعب و اي حركه يقول سجل و لا في اي شي فقط خمس منتجات الاكثر مشاهده و خمس من الاكثر مبيعا ، حملته و بحذفه

التطبيق بطيء شوي + المواعيد فيه غير محدثة. حجزت باستخدام التطبيق ولما رحت لموعدي وانتظرت حول ساعة بلغوني ان الدكتورة ما بعد وصلت أصلاً وساعات عملها تبدأ بعد نص ساعة. والتطبيق ما كان محدث ساعات عمل الدكتورة ومواعيدها بشكل صحيح. باختصار موعدك في التطبيق زي قلته.

No longer works. Cannot book, cancel, or reschedule appointments. Cannot even log in. App consistently crashes.

Its the worst hospital ever

Please solve the login issue , every time the app asks for my credentials , even if just logged in few hours back ! Also face recognition is not working , Finally , overall performance need to be enhanced to solve slowness issues .

اتمنى ان يكون الخط في التطبيق اكبر وبلون اسود او ازرق غامق لكي يتسنى لنا نحن قصار النظر من القراءة بسهولة حيث انه الان من الصعب القراءة مباشرة من الجهاز شاكرين تفهمكم

مع حجز الموعد استفسار عن قبول التامين والرد بان التامين مفعل بالريان وحين الحضور للموعد لم يقبل التامين 😢

Dear al habib representative, I have a problem with the app when go outside from the app and open the app told me to sign in again I don’t know why?

With the new update you have done, I am not being able to use the appp anymore. Always it hangs somewhere . I wish you kept the old version it was working properly

I don’t want notifications daily about general health tips. No way to turn them off. I only want notifications regarding appointments or lab results.
